Bug: Highlighting changes appearance of furtive patach to patach

Furtive patach before highlighting 2Sa 7.1:

After highlighting:

The same behavior occurs in HB101 Activities Segment 19. I initially discovered the issue in that Mobile Ed resource, and was able to reproduce it in LHB.

Logos Bible Software 7.8 SR-1 (7.8.0.0037) on macOS 10.12.6 (16G29).

    Because Unicode doesn't contain separate codepoints for patach vs furtive patach, the positioning is controlled by contextual rules in the SBL Hebrew font. Selecting just the heth (and highlighting it) doesn't give the font layout engine enough context to position the patach correctly. This is unlikely to be something we can fix soon (if at all).
