Create a Collection for LN Preview Resources?

Hi All,

A quick Q: is it possible to create a collection that, which the correct search criteria, will populate each month with my LN Preview resources? I do find it hard to keep track of them each month and find that they simply get lost in the soup of my library until it is too late.

Thanks in advance. Liam

Liam, it's not ideal, but if you create a new collection with 'license:temporary' as the rule, then drag and drop all the items but this months Logos Now resources into the 'Minus these resources'. Then, until Logos adds new features/resources to the Logos Now subscription, I think it should automatically keep the list up to date with the monthly resources. Hope that helps.

You also tag the monthly books with "preview" create a collection named PREVIEW using my tag:preview then just tag the new resources each month- works fine

Agree with license:temporary but ANDNOT operator (mytag:xxxx, mytag:xxxx, etc.) is a better approach than drag and drop. See my result. The sole remaining resources that I'm not sure of its provenance are the MobileED course "Meditations on the Life of Christ." Perhaps someone will comment.

    Very good idea Liam!

Thanks for getting back to me, much appreciated.

In the end, I tagged all the temporary licence resources other than those which are part of the monthly preview with a simple catch all tag 'Temporary'. Then, as Beloved suggested, I used:

     license:temporary ANDNOT mytag:"Temporary"

That certainly seems to have done the trick.

Thanks for helping out everyone. Blessings.
