I do not recall signing up for a web app trial, but I received an email that informed that I had access to the web app. The emailed also continued that, as someone who access to site, they will appreciate it if I completed a survey. I followed link and I indeed had access to the web app.
does anyone know about a free trial period? Is the free trial so that we can complete a survey?
