Verbum Advance Search Training
I know...I'm a little late to the game here. But, I FINALLY got the opportunity to watch some of them. Even though I am not a Verbum user, I was told these would help me with my ongoing love/hate relationship with Logos regarding the search feature. Well, all I can say is WOW! Let me tell you that my favorite feature, by far, is that I'm not just shown what to do, but why and when. Explaining the why and when helps immensely, as I tend to remember WHAT to do when I know the WHY and WHEN behind the WHAT. I know, I'm talking in circles, but in my head it makes sense!
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you to FL, Fr. Devin Roza, and Fr. Andrew Dalton for producing a fantastic resource for those of us who needed advanced search instruction. It's just enough technical for me to "get it" without being so technical that I need a degree from MIT.

I finished the Verbum Advanced Training course about a month ago and LOVED it.

I was already familiar with Fr. Devin Roza and his expertise with the search facilities on a forum. As soon as I saw the training was on pre-pub I signed up for it and I was delighted with the Advanced Training given by both of those guys.

These search training videos were one of the main reasons I agreed to help doing training videos! I really wanted Faithlife to help people use search better, as it is such an important part of the software, but there is so much to learn, and I would have loved to have some comprehensive training available about it.
