I just got off the phone with Customer Service. (The wait times have gone down significantly, by the way. Down to 10-15 minutes from over 30 minutes about a month ago.)
While I was on hold, I heard this message among the rotation of messages. It's relatively new:
"If you would prefer not to remain on hold, we have an active group of users in our community forum who do an amazing job helping new users and answering questions."
