Logos 7 desktop won't open on Windows 7
I can't get Logos to open on my Windows 7 laptop. The Logos 7 logo shows up and then goes away. Nothing opens and Logos.exe only shows up for a second in the task manager before disappearing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and the same thing happens.
I tried following the directions to turn on error reporting, but it crashes before I could get to that point.

Did you try step 4 at https://www.logos.com/support/windows/report-problem ?
That should get to the point where logs are generated.

You can also look at these instructions for an alternative error report: How to use event viewer to diagnose Logos crashes (although the proper logs would be better).

Thanks for the help! I ran that program, and attempted to open Logos. It doesn't look like anything was added to the log files. It appears like the most recent entry is from 8/12/2017 which was a week before I started having this problem. 2084.Logos Log Files.zip

I checked the event viewer and there is nothing in there either.

You should contact Customer Support to diagnose this on your computer.
