I've been unable to use the verse selector for my ESV in the IOS app for several months now. I can navigate around the problem by switching to the table of contents, but still a nuisance to have to do.
Strange - I've just tried it and it works fine.
Please provide some more details.
Try deleting the ESV. Does it work "in the cloud"? After trying that, please re-download and check again.
