Hang (Freezing) Problem

When I open Logos 7 it says your library is indexing (0 %) and the pinwheel is moving and says synchronization in progress but nothing is happening. The library indexing stays at 0%. This has been going on for days now. I followed all of the steps on the logos.com/support/mac/report-problem using the sample button to no avail. I also tried simply restarting the computer. Nothing has worked. Can anyone help me fix this problem? It has been going on for nearly 10 days and I really need it fixed to complete a project.

(I tried to post the archived log but the forum wouldn't let me for some reason. I got an error message and I attached a screenshot of it in case anyone knows what it means. Hopefully someone can still help me out)

How large is the file? You may need to unzip it and upload individual files. The two most important ones would be the logos.log file & the indexer file.

This a common problem with Mac's and Faithlife haven't yet diagnosed it. I would kill the Indexer process in Activity monitor to alleviate the persistent indexing message. Also try another computer restart.

Thanks Dave. Opening the Activity Monitor and killing the logos indexer fixed the problem for me!
