LOGOS Stops Functioning

Anyone have any suggestions on why LOGOS keeps hanging up after a few minutes of use.  The mouse still works, other programs still work, but I cannot type in any search, charge panels or tabs, etc.  I have to use "Task Manager" to shut down LOGOS.  As soon as I start it up everything works for a but and then hangs again.  Very frustrating.  I am running Windows 10 on HP with 12 meg RAM, 64 bit operating system and 1T hard drive.  Hard drive is optimized at 1%. Any suggestions would be happily received.
