Hang. Logos will not open on my Mac

Just recently my Logos application will not open on my MacBook. As when opening any app on the task bar, a dot will appear underneath the application and it will bounce a few times before opening. The black dot will appear and bounce once but the application never pulls up and after a few minutes the application will become unselected or go away altogether (if not pinned to my task bar).
