Searching for Prayers on Bible Sections Help

Hello all, 

I'm trying to find the most effective way to search my library for prayers for different portions of scripture. So far I have been able to use these search parameters to find prayers: (God OR Lord OR Father OR Jesus OR Spirit) WITHIN 1 WORD (you OR thou).

This works ok for finding hidden prayers within resources I own. What I want to do however is to go one step further and somehow send this search parameter into the cited by tool. In this way, for example, I could find all the prayers in my library that mention say Genesis 1. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for doing this?

Noticed a number of false positives along with Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6 not being found. One search idea is Preaching Themes about Prayer:

{Section <PreachingTheme Prayer: Intercession>} OR {Section <PreachingTheme Prayer: Petition>} OR {Section <PreachingTheme Prayer>}

Logos has a resource => An Exposition on Prayer in the Bible

In this way, for example, I could find all the prayers in my library that mention say Genesis 1.

One idea is searching for word(s) within a Bible Milestone: e.g. prayer WITHIN Genesis

prayer WITHIN {Milestone <Ge>}

For example, Calvin's commentary on Genesis mentions prayer in Genesis 4:15 and Genesis 9:3
