So far Logos has updated and is indexing. After 3 reboots, my screen looks like this:
The controls don't load or my sermon and I have to teach tomorrow... Any advice???

As an interim workaround have you tried using the sermon editor on the web app?

Are you still experiencing this issue? Can you follow the instructions in the signature of my post, enable logging, reproduce the problem and upload your logs? This will help in diagnosing the problem.
