Bible Reading plan does not sync with second computer

Having two computers & Logos on both, why is it that my Bible Reading plan does not sync between the two? Let's say I check off today's Reading plan on this computer. It used to be, when I turned on the the second computer, whatever I checked off on this one was checked off on the second. Not anymore. Is there something in the settings or elsewhere I can make that happen?
(For all those who cannot see this posting, please let me know)

To advise on this it would be helpful to see logs - potentially from both computers.
Is there any indication of sync problems on either - usually indicated by an exclamation mark in the top right?
After checking off an entry on one computer - and allowing time to sync - try going to documents.logos.com and looking at the entry for that reading plan. Has it been updated to show the next reading? If so that would indicate that the "up sync" is working while the "down sync" is not
(And this may be better in the Logos forum not the Logos Now one)

Thanks for the quick reply Graham. I do not see an "exclamation mark" on the top of right of Logos on either computer. Everything else seems to sync well, just not the Bible Reading. I've not noticed this too much for I seldom open the second computer, other than to update Logos, Norton etc.
Here's what I'm presently finding & I just noticed this. If I check off the Reading Plan which shows on the left side of Logos (sidebar) then, it does not sync with the other computer. If on the other hand, I open up the Bible Reading plan from Documents, check it off there, it will sync with the other computer. Is this the only way it should or is supposed to sync and not checking it off from the left side of the screen (sidebar)?

Both mechanisms should work and cause syncing to take place.
What happens if instead of using either of the mechanisms you mention you click the "Mark Read" indicator in the text at the end of a reading session?

I'm sorry ... I'm really not following (as usual). I do not see a Mark Read in either of the two places where I have the option to check done reading for that day. The first one in the Sidebar on the left has an (I'll call it an empty block because I simply do not know what to call that) or I can check off the Done when I bring up the actual Reading Plan.
What particular Logs would you like for me to upload so you can see them. You had also mentioned to put this on the Logos forum ... which one?

I'm referring to the button within the text itself - as shown below. Are you seeing this?

The Logos.log file from each computer after indicating you have completed the reading

http://community.logos.com/forums/141.aspx - which is for Logos 7 issues. I suggested it because this isn't specifically a Logos Now question.

I'm not sure I'm going this right yet. For instance, I click on the text in the Bible Reading plan, that takes me to the passage. At the end of that reading, there is no red dot nor "Mark Read." Here's the Logos Log file from this computer ... I'll log on from the other computer in a minute and upload that one. 4276.Logos.log

Here's the Log File from Computer # 2 ... I fail to see a Logos.Log file on this computer ... just the Logos error file which I'll send here.

And I'll send the Logos error file from my main computer ...

Please ensure diagnostic logging is enabled as per https://www.logos.com/support/windows/report-problem
And did you check on documents.logos.com to see if the reading plan details are being updated there when you mark a section as complete?

Good. But for the life of me (or the life of someone else) I do not know how to get to the page you are showing here. Please advise.

Under Documents / Logos files, I see nothing close to "reading plan details are being updated" ... is that a File with a particular name? The only thing I see under Logos Files in Documents are ...
1) cef.log
2) DigitalLibraryInstall.log
3) Logos.log
4) Logos.error.log
5) Logos.error-2.log
6) LogosIndexer.log
7) LogosSetup.log
This is on my main computer.

On the second computer, I find the following under the Logos Log files ...
1) cef.log
2) LogosError.log
3) LogosIndexerCrash.txt
4) LogosIndexerError.log
I'll have you driven right around the bend with this Graham. I'll understand if you are presently wiping your brow and have taken a long walk somewhere!?! :-)

I understand now - sorry
I meant the website "documents.logos.com".
Here I've filtered it to just show reading plan documents. You can click on one and it will show you the current status as maintained in the Logos Cloud
If this indicates that the last checked session has been read we know that the upwards sync is working.

Ok, I think you've solved it. It was the in the Visual Filters / Reading Plans on # 2 computer that was not checked off. I just tried it from the Taskbar (checked off tomorrow's Bible reading) and after a few seconds, it synced with the second computer.
Ok, humble bows unto thee O such an one! I seriously appreciate you staying on this (a display of great patience) and finally bringing me to understand where the snag was. Thank you so much Graham!!! :-)

I never knew this website "documents.logos.com" even existed. This is interesting. I'll have to look into this later ... I think I need to waft off to MacDonald's for a coffee that I'm not hooked on. If you lived next door, I'd buy you one. Thank you again Graham for your expertise. You're much appreciated sir!!!
