Downloads and updates failing.

I have a whole slew of resources to download or update and every time I try to do that it fails. I am connected to the web and the web-dependent features of the app (like Passage Guide) are working fine. So any ideas as to what is going on? Is the Logos download server down or something?
BTW I'm using the Android version of the app.
