Visual Media ratio

Can someone show me how to either open one of the slides in 300 Quotations for Preachers XXX in the Visual Media window so I can change it from 16:9 to 4:3 ration, or, how I can change it directly myself to send it to PowerPoint? When I right click on the image, it does not give me the option of opening that same design in Visual Media.
For example, I want to change the ratio of the following quote from a Kempis:

You can't, I'm afraid. Images that are embedded in resources can't be changed.
You can, of course, create your own slide through visual copy, but it would need to use a different background, as that background doesn't appear to be available in Visual Copy.

Since these are just pictures and not editable elements, I think changing the aspect ratio would just distort it. Maybe it's simpler to select the text and choose Visual Copy, find a template you like, and manually change the author attribution and aspect ratio.
