is there a read aloud for mobil?
Yes, but we need more info to help. The "read aloud" function is actually several different technologies. One is "audio books." That should be available across platforms. The other is the computer generated, operating system specific technology. If you mean the later, someone who is familiar with the platform you use will have to assist you. On iOS, this is accomplished via "accessibility" tools for iOS.
