BUG:Highlights made in web-app do not sync

I was reading a book and did some highlights on it, and when opening it in logos program in PC, the highlights I made in web-app do not appeared at all in Logos PC program.
Any idea?
All my check-boxes in Logos programs under highlights & visual filters are all checked.

Currently notes and highlights made in the web app do not sync with desktop / mobile and vice versa.
This will change with the new notes system that is currently being worked on. No clear timeframe for availability as yet

No - the webapp notes / highlights have never - yet - synced with the desktop environment.
