I had opened L4 to my last study which was Romans. When I attempted to change in Passage Guide to Luke I eventually got the crash below.

Thanks Ken. We just noticed this today too. We're working on a fix. The Cited By panel still seems a little bit unstable so if you had that panel open, that is probably causing the issue.
Nope, "Sited by" was not open.

Clicking on anything crashes it now. I have included the Apple Crash Report as well if that helps.

It looks like you've got a crash in a Bible Word Study guide. Do you know how many of these tabs you might have open in your current layout and what words they would be associated with?
Uploading your layouts.db would help us track down this crash; after you upload it, deleting it should allow you to get back to work.
Here you go. Deleting layouts.db did nothing other than get rid of my views. When I started the program, I came up with a blank screen. I was able to get the Home screen to come up by clicking on it. When I tried to change to Passage Guide and choose Luke, it eventually crashed without bringing anything up.
This is getting really frustrating. Do I need to completely reload L4?

The logs you uploaded in your most recent post indicate that the crash had an entirely different source. Did you run a Passage Guide on the entirety of Luke, or some smaller section?
Also, in your previous layout, it looks like you ran a Bible Word Study for the word "faith" that you started from the King James Version. Do you remember what passage you were in when you chose to run the Bible Word Study?
