Bug: 4.0c Beta 2: Newly created highlilghting style does not become the default for Ctrl+K

Select some text in a book
Tools > Highlighting
Click on a highlighting style (A) to apply highlighting
Create a new custom highlighting style (B), and click OK to close the editing panel for it (to be sure it is saved).
Select some different text in the book
Ctrl+K

Result: the previously used style (A) is applied
Expect: the new style you just created (B) to be applied
