I see EXPORT to EXCEL peppered throughout Logos. I am interested in exporting to Onenote. Anyone found an easy way to do this? Specifically, I want to export Clippings and Notes.

John,
there is no official "export" but you can do a "screen clipping" as long as onenote is resident in the tray; use "windows-key + S" and it will shoot right to Onenote.
I imagine once printing support is implemented other export options will be forthcoming. But Robert is right, now a screen grab is about all we can do (other than copy and paste) to get stuff into Onenote, but with Onenote's OCR you should be able to extract the text (although you will need a little time for formatting and fixing the OCR errors).
I have found ABBYY Screenshot Reader's OCR to be excellent (free trial, $9.99 to buy -- well worth it). Just drag a rectangle on the screen, even if it's not a selectable area of text, and it copies the contents in text form to the clipboard. I use it all the time with Logos to copy stuff that Logos doesn't (yet) allow us to select.
Thanks, I'll check it out. How accurate is it in "transcribing" what's selected?
I've found it to be excellent. Handles multiple columns well, reads crooked, blurry, and tiny fonts. The only time I've ever experienced any errors with it has been when I'm copying from a poor reproduction (e.g., an image of an antiquarian book from Google Books). I've tried other OCR utilities (ScreenOCR and Epson Scan), and ABBYY blows them out of the water.
Just curious; what were you wanting to export to Onenote?
I'd like to try the OCR software, in a real-world application...
Thank you everyone for your contributions.
I have several reasons...not one of them are conclusive to make me want to use Onenote but together make me want to explore this option:
I am still, like many, trying to find a fit for me. I know that Logos has no intentions of making their software a "Word Processor." I don't want this, but would like to have minimal features like sorting, printing (I know it's coming - just have no idea when), and spell checking (I don't think that there is any intentions of this). Also, one of the ways to have my clippings available on my iphone is to get them to onenote and then export them to evernote which will then allow them to be available on my mobile device.
John
well, the good news is that clippings are selectable, and you can cut/paste the text right into one note...you'll have to deal with crummy formatting though...
