Logos, if you could rope in Zondervan, is it more difficult to rope in Westminster John Knox Press? Offer them double the cost of their print editions! I am sure that there would be hundreds of Logos users who are wiling to pay!
User #1 of 100 willing right here!

I am all for adding WJK titles. However, given the recent flareups of "Logos is overpriced" threads.... I would prefer this not be the way Logos gets these titles, I think it would damage their image.

I also prefer the normal price - nobody would want to spend more on anything IF they can get it cheap. Otherwise I would rather spend the money and have it than worry about the image and never have it at all. Logos 4, Zondervan releases all had whiners including myself [:)] but sometimes decions and choices are difficult and painful - aren't they?.

Dear Ben:
First of all, I do agree with you on the good idea of bringing Barclay back to Logos!
Probably you are aware that WJKP "took away" from Logos the rights to offer these volumes.
A number of our friends on these threads still (fortunately) have their Barclay resources (but not me - sob, sob - as I did not get on board soon enough).
Even Logos has not really said (nor do they have to, and perhaps they cannot) why they are no longer able to sell these resources.
Usually a company thinks they can make more money either just selling in paper or by using their own custom engines (ie. Z's "P.....")
Perhaps this is one situation where we should be in direct contact with WJKP to see if they will change their collective "minds."?
Blessings
