Can any one tell me how long it takes from the date the book is suppose to be ready that you really get it. Graduation is around the corner and I need some info.
Triva, i am not sure exactly what scenario you are talking about. But here is one interpretation: If a pre-pub work, such is Zondervan's bundle, is scheduled for release today (4/5), then it should be released today. it seems that not all the downloads happen at once, so it might be later in the day, or the next day, before you download (I am not entirely sure why this is the case, but it happens. Processing apparently is not instantaneous).
On occasion, a pre-pub will be schedule for a date, but because of varying reasons, it might not be ready for another couple weeks after that date (this happened earlier this year with some).
So, it just depends. Generally, however, the pre-pub releases are essentially "on time", the day they are scheduled for.
I've been waiting for the Mark Driscoll collection for over a year, not sure what the hold up is now.
was it slated for release, or just "under development?" Those are two different scenarios.
