Still on Alpha 12...help!

I've been stuck on the Logos 4 Alpha 12 for a long time (obviously). When I open, the icon at the top says it is downloading the update but stays at 0% for a few minutes and then disappears.
Anyone out there have suggestions on how to get the updates to work?
