Reading Plan Not Working on iPad

I have an O.T. reading plan and a N.T. reading plan on my iPad. I have the ESV downloaded to my iPad. If I turn off the WiFi connection, the O.T. reading plan works (the selected passage will open), but the N.T. reading plan does not work (get "Error loading book" message). Both work when I turn WiFi back on and both are using the ESV when I select the passage for the day. What am I missing (obvious I'm sure)?
