Cover Images. Zondervan Expositor's Bible Commentaries

2 of the Expositors Bible Commentary volumes show a cover image. The rest don't. Within Logos all do. This is an example of many cover image issues. There a lots of books that show cover images within L4 that show "no cover" withn iPhone app. 

This is particularly a problem because in some views the only way to identify a book is by cover image
