Missing license on my notebook.

Ihave a licence for Beside Still Waters on my desktop computer and I have no trouble opening it.  However I cannot open it on my laptop computer.  The laptop tell me "You don't have a license to view this resource, but you could  ..." 

How do I rectify this problem?

How do I rectify this problem?

Make sure you have "Use Internet" and "Automatically Download Updates" selected ("Yes"), and that your log in for your laptop is the same log in you use for your desktop. After updating your settings, you'll need to restart L4 for the licenses to sync.
