Logos 7 not indexing and now it won't open

I have the exact same problem. Index is stuck at 0%. The system does not load the library and when you try to work on it, the system crashes. I have to force quit it all the time. It's been like this for 10 days now and my logos7  is no good for using. I updated my Mac OS, I reinstalled Logos 7 and nothing. Need some help here folks.

My Mackbook pro 2012 is good and fully operational. Good memory and everything.
