Problem

Hello, I am a user of Logos Bible Software 4.

I got problems my Logos. It's icon always say that it is indexing ##hours, and when I use Logos, it cannot search any word,and say "0" very soon. (for example, it cannot find the word "love" anywhere)

I have to use Logos for my class and homework. Could you please teach me how to fix these problems ASAP?

sadly, you will need to wait for the first time indexing to finish, there is no way around this.

If you are using a a laptop choose hibernate rather than shutdown if you need to turn machine off. otherwise indexing will restart from beginning

I have to use Logos for my class and homework.

If you still have Libronix 3 (L3) installed it will run independently of Logos 4 (L4). Just right click the L4 icon and Pause it 4 hours. Then you can work in L3. When finished you can resume indexing via the right click.
