How long does it take to ship orders to the Philippines?

I ordered the Bible Study Magazine last Feb. 25, 2010 but until now I haven't received it yet.

My subscription account says 4 issues remaining but until now I did not receive anything.

I checked the shipping address and it's correct.

Don't know what to do, please help.
