The release notes say Text Comparison supports horizontal and vertical layout, and indeed it does:
It also says show differences and show base text are fully functional. Can someone explain to me what these are actually doing? When I select show diffs, it simply strikes through the other verses, even when the English translations is identical. And how is the percentage difference calculated? It doesn't appear to be correct.
The notes also say the resource selector is fully functional. I'm not sure if they are referring to the text box where we select the passage or the one where we select the Bibles. The latter is buggy. I already have 4 translations, but suppose I want to add the NIV. It seems to me that I need to add ", NIV" to end of the text box. I type a comma, but it is immediately deleted. I type a space, but that is also immediately deleted. The only way to add the NIV is to type "NIV" right next to ESV, then move back and add the comma between ESV and NIV, then hit Enter. Weird. Is there a better way to add another Bible?
