Description
Logos 7 graphic appears briefly but then program does not open
Steps
Click shortcut
Wait
Actual Result
Logos 7 graphic briefly appears
Goes away and nothing
System Specs
Dell Desktop | Core i3-4150 (3.50GHz) | 8 GB RAM | 64-bit operating system | Windows 8 Pro with Media Center | Norton 360

Error ID: 3636
Error detail: UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\Thomas\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\mzui5mg0.smn\WebBrowser\Custom Dictionary.txt' is denied.
