Bug:Cannot Join Faithlife Group

Several users are unable to join a Faithlife Group. 

Asking staff if they can look into this. Here is the group: https://faithlife.com/adult-bible-study-guide/activity

    Hey Lynden,

    We actually had to change how connecting with open groups works because it was getting abused by spammers.

    You can now only follow open groups, but a moderator can promote you to being a member after you follow. Alternatively the group can be a closed group, and a mod can approve your membership. This is because co-members groups have special permissions and can private message each other, and see content posted to "My Faithlife". In both open and closed groups, becoming a member has to involve a moderator in some capacity.

    It looks like that group can just allow follower access, so the settings should be adjusted so followers can connect to documents. That will fix the documents not being visible.
