Hiding a book.

Is there a way to not have a few books show up on one computer but have my library show up on another?

I am thinking about my computers. I have a desktop that is pretty good for L4 and a laptop that is working but is very pushed to do it. Is there a way to hide or remove things from the laptop to see if I can get it working faster?

I could be wrong but it doesn't seem like you can do it (while enjoying the full feature of Logos). Here is a work-around, but sacrificing synchronization and updates: 1) Turn off the 'Use Internet' feature inProgram Settings. Then, 2) hide the resource in the Program Settings.

Having fewer resources will not make any appreciable difference to performance with all resources. If you have the room for all the resources and indexing is your concern then there are ways to "clone" your desktop onto your laptop (Quick Installation onto multiple computers) and setting Use Internet = NO will help.

I have a install where I only have 10 books in my library.

Search for Holiness in LEB = 0.83secs

My main install >3000 books =0.87secs

the difference really is neglidable
