There are two kinds of "read aloud" features in Logos Bible Software. The first is "audio books." That feature is built in to the app. You can, for example, listen to "ESV" in English. Other books are availble as well. These are human recordings. The other feature is computer generated. That feature is NOT built in to the app, but the operating system (i.e. iOS or Android) have some capibilities. In iOS, for example, there is "read aloud" assistance for the blind. Although it is possible to use this feature, it isn't officially supported and you have to change system wide settings to access them.
