Can Bibles be scrolled by chapter/book?

Some L4 resources allow the user to select whether the up/down arrow buttons will move the text by article, chapter etc., but my Bibles don't. I miss the L3 feature that allowed me to page through Bible text by chapter (and occasionally by book). Is there a way to make this happen in L4?

Aha! You're reply reminded me that I had the "locator bar" turned off to save room. When I do that I forget that it's available. I suppose it would be nice if it was thinner. It seems that it doesn't really need to be as wide/tall as they made it. Another possibility would be to make it "hidden" or collapsible as some software does. Then you could click on a line to expand or collapse it rather than having to use a drop down menu which I find inconvenient. Anyway, Dominic thanks so much for the reminder.
