cannot see English text in psalms explorer (Logos 7 Starter-Now member)

Hi, have been following the instructions in the video on how to use Psalms Explorer. But when I click on the Psalm bubble, the page appears but no Psalm wording. My preferred bible is showing beside the reference box; but there is no English words. No psalm showing. The psalm I tried to open was Psalm 55. Tried closing down Logos and reopening and then retrying Psalms Explorer. To no avail. Tried changing bible version - to no avail. Have clicked on just about everything on the page - which either turned off the link like Structure Parallelism or clicking on the left panel items took me back to the bubbles, clicking on Psalm 55 again - to no avail. Still no wording in English. I have wasted over an hour trying to get this to work by replaying the video again and again to see if I missed something. To no avail. Could someone please help me.

Hi Vicki

I have just tried this on my system and everything is working well.

In order to help you we may need some additional details.

1. Operating System (Windows or MacOS) with version number.

2. Logos version number

3. Logs from the session

4. Screen shot showing the set up of the panel you are using.

5. Confirmation that all indexing has been completed.

This will help us get to the bottom of your problem.

Hi Mike.

I also sent a response via email - didn't read the end bit about responding here

1) Operating system is Windows 10 64bit

2) Logos version number 7.9 SR-1

3) Hopefully the logs attached

4) I have two screens – so you also see the background picture from the 2^nd screen – this screen shot was taken now – not from my earlier attempts - this is on the email - don't seem to be able to attach it here - will try again with a new post

5) Also do not know how to confirm that all indexing has been completed – the arrow thingy tells me synchronisation is enabled and all items are up to date

Who did you send an email to? Which address? The forums are largely user supported... Any email wouldn't reach the forum community, but someone at FL. The best methods to get help are either forums (user supported) or a phone call (Faithlife itself).

Mike (a volunteer like myself) suggested the logs so that a full fledged techie could take a look (when one comes along).
