I am not sure if you are aware or even if this is a problem, but When I am in 'Text Comparison' my comparison doesn't get populated unless I click on on of the "A's" is the command bar. Is this the way it should work or this a bug?

Can you be a bit more specific about what you're doing? How did you get the panel to show up? Is it linked with any other panels? Did you enter a reference in the reference box?
The text comparioson is a tab in one of three windows I have open and the only other tab in this window is My preferred Bible Text - NASB. Other than that I don't what to tell you. When you select Text Comparison from the "TOOLS" drop down menu from the Menu Bar it puts the new Tab in the window with my preferred Bible.
Now I understand. Text Comparison, like a number of other features (Guides, in particular) won't display any information until you do something to navigate the panel. Usually, this means typing a reference in the box and pressing enter. You can also make such panels navigate by linking them with Bibles or Commentaries.
