I have all the correct settings for copying footnotes, however Logos only copies the footnotes below the citation. I have using a Mac with Sierra operating system. Has anyone found a solution for this?
Can you provide more details? What is the destination app?
I am having the same problem. I have Word 2016 for Mac. here's a screen shot of paste results. The footnote is directly under the content.

Terminology: your citation is directly under the content
Below shows footnote d above the citation (1) from Word 2016 for Windows. (bottom of the page) is an inserted comment.
