I'm feeling brave enough to try to learn a tiny bit of Syriac (with the Zondervan "Basics of Classical Syriac" package), and want to make flash cards.
The Estrangelo Talada font (in the Meltho font package) looks the most like the script in my study materials. But in the Windows character map, I only see final forms for the kap, mim, and nun.
The Meltho Fonts User Guide in Logos says (in sec. 4.7) that I can get the other forms by using the Zero Width Joiner character. My Toshiba Satellite doesn't have an AltGr key, and neither the right nor left Alt+Ctrl+V suggested in the User Guide seems to have any effect.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue?
