Download problems

Hi Mike,
It was Alpha 4
I don't know what the data was. I think it was a commentary that I had ordered. I just received a message that a download was ready to be downloaded. I simply hit the button to donwload it. The indexing took some time. When it wad done my icon had changed to a circel with a line through it. I then got that message about not being supported by the architecture.
I am using a Macbook Pro
