Hello all!!!

I just purchased an Ipad 9.7 2017 128G primarily for Logos use but also for some work and personal apps also.

I would like the ability to access some of the resources while offline. Primarily the ESV Bible, commentaries and some of the word translation/studies.

Keeping in mind I am a new Apple produce user (old school pc guy) How would I accomplish this?

Thanks!!

Wayne

Hi Wayne - and welcome to the forums.

You can download resources in a couple of ways.

In the Library screen of the Logos app on the right side are icons indicating whether the resources are downloaded - filled in dark blue indicates they are.

Tapping the icon icon brings up a dialog box allowing you to download it

if you are reading the Resource you get a similar box if you tap the “I”icon at the top

Alternatively you can control this from the Logos desktop app but that depends on whether you use that.

Guides, however, are only usable when online

Be judicious in your downloads. Don't try to download your entire library. The mobile app wasn't designed for that and there can be many problems by doing so. My recommendation: Keep it to 100 or less.
