cross references no longer displaying verses when I hover over them.

When I am reading in the ESV, the cross reference notations no longer display the verses when i hover over them.  For example, in John 16:8 it says, 

⁸ And when he comes...

There is a cross reference there for chapter 8:28, but when I hover over it, nothing happens. When I click on it, it simply says chapter 8:28, and then when I hover over 8:28 nothing happens.  When I click on it, It jumps my Bible to the reference.  It used to display the actual words of the verse over the passage I was reading.  Has this changed recently?  Is there a way to fix this?

What version of Logos are you using and on which platform - Windows or Mac?
