Use +/-/= as search operators

This works in a number of search engines on various websites and I think it would make it faster and thus more convenient if they were implemented in Logos as well. 

• Being able to use + as short for AND (e.g., Jesus +Lord equivalent to Jesus AND Lord)
• Being able to use - as short for ANDNOT
• Being able to use = as short for ANDEQUALS
• Being able to use ~ as short for INTERSECTS

I am not asking to replace to the word operators but to make these mathematical symbols able to do the same.

• There's already an even shorter shortcut. Instead of + just use nothing at all to get the same effect as AND. Happily, since punctuation that doesn't match the search syntax is ignored, you can put in all the +'s you want, and it will work as intended.
