Crash: Cannot access a disposed object

I was not working in L4 when it crashed (on laptop)! From the crash message I would deduce it was due to deleting a syntax search file (In Him) on my desktop that I had previously used in a Syntax Search on the laptop. The file was created on the laptop.

I'm seeing this today after running a home page go box search on Titus 3:1-8. Not repeatable.
