When Logos brings a resource into electronic format and the original printed version contains typing errors, do they correct the errors or leave them as is in the original? It does have an impact when citing sources.

They are left as is. That is one reason typo correction is so slow. Even obvious errors must be compared to paper copies.
The thing is that publishers will correct obvious typos in subsequent printings without bothering to label it a new edition or even mention that typos have been fixed. This happens all the time for books that sell enough to have multiple printings.
