search not exporting

This morning, I tried to export a search, but the print/export page comes up empty. I've reinitiated both the program, and my MacBook Pro using Logos 7.10.0.0019. I tried to upload a short screenshot video showing the search, and then the blank print/export page, but the site was unable to complete the upload at this time. I've attached a screen shot of the blank print/export page.

I just conducted a Bible search and invoked the print/export window: it worked fine for me (using 7.10 as well albeit in Windows).

Is the problem limited to this specific search or the same for all attempted searches (different types, different resources/collections)? I assumed also that by a search you meant using the main search window (basic/Bible/clause/morph), not other tools such as the Bible Browser or Concordance, is that right? Have you tried exporting from other windows (such as the aforementioned tools) to see again whether the problem is endemic?

I know this is obvious and I apologise for the silliness of the question (we all have pre-coffee times in which we miss the obvious) but just verifying that the search results was not  0 hits right?
