Loss of Smart Tags Word 2016 after update to 7.10

I have experienced a loss of SmartTags in Word 2016 after upgrading to v. 7.10, has anyone experienced this? I have tried the trouble shooting recommendations on the Wiki page, but to no avail, anyone experience the same issue, or have additional suggestions?

Have you tried rebooting the computer?

Otherwise tell us about Word/Logos e.g. both 64-bit? Have you checked options in Word?
