Crash after loading 7.10.0.0019 with existing lay-out

Hi,

I had 7.10.0.0019 installed and then the screen froze and got the message “Logos Bible Software has stopped working” with subtext “A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.” When a load a much older layout, it works fine, but I would like to have my latest layout back working. Can anybody help me?

So it looks as though there is an issue with the use of the Cultural Concepts section of the Factbook in your layout (I'm assuming a few things here).

Are you able to load your latest layout when Logos is running and remove the Factbook panel? If so, does that then work ok?

Also your Logos.log file is from a different time than the crashes - I assume when using an older layout. If it crashes again please upload another set of logs including the Logos.log file at the time of the crash

That log trapped the error - and so does provide more detailed information but I'm afraid it's beyond my ability to isolate it any further. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will see this and comment further.

Were you able to load up the latest layout and remove the Factbook entry? Do you know what Factbook item was being looked at?

If the layout won't load, would it be feasible to create a new layout that didn't contain it - but was otherwise the same?
