add note missing from context menu

Not sure what I did but usually I do a lot of note taking anchored to an individual original language word.

So I'll highlight the word, right click, click "add note" or "bible journaling notes" something like that and bam it's all anchored and I just write my note and maybe change the note appearance.

Now this no longer shows up in my context menu.

This has happened before and usually is fixed if I just open my bible journaling notes file and add a note.

Not fixing it now though. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I'm a NOW user so have whatever the latest update is.

My guess is you don’t have the lemma selected on the right side of the context menu.

Please check and - if that isn’t the case - post a screenshot of the context menu

usually the single word I'd select came up as the default lemma in the pop up,

for some reason that wasn't happening, but no, even when I selected the lemma from the popup the notes weren't available.
