logos 4 clogs up and will not close

my logos 4 clogs up every so often and can be a repeating hassle and will not close again unless i restart computer .also i really miss what i had in logo 3 where i would just place my pointer over a word and the meaning would show up straight away , is there a setting where the meaning of the word just appears as the poiter hovers over it like in logos 3

Logos 4 does not have the option to customize the pop-up like Libronix did.
